New Zealand User Group Training |

Training will be hosted in November 2011 at Deloitte premises in New Zealand for existing Intella users.
Training will familiarize users with the basics of using Intella and Intella TEAM for email investigation and ediscovery reviews.
Students will be shown how to use the product and graphical features to quickly identify relevant evidence from the data they are reviewing.
The training will cover theory and practical exercises to help the students using Intella .
Intella specific topics:
- - Open a new case
- - Understanding the processing and settings for case preparation
- - Searching the evidence
- - Filtering evidence
- - Bookmarking Evidence
- - Exporting Cluster Maps
- - Deduplication via MD5
- - Adding new evidence to a case
- - Exporting to other Ediscovery Tools
- - Identify which users were involved in the sending or receiving of an email or attachment
- - Filter for relevant emails and attachments
- - Identify spoofed emails
- - Identify cluster patterns and networks in emails
- - Integrating results into Load Files such as Summation
- - Integrating results into i2
- - Creating a report with Intella.
Intella TEAM enables multiple individuals (reviewers, investigators, paralegals, etc.) to review evidence independently and simultaneously.
Intella TEAM specific topics:
- - Indexing & preparation of the case data or evidence
- - setting up TEAM Reviewers
- - Sharing the case data between team members
- - Combining, reviewing, and approving the work of team members
- - independently search, filter, bookmark, tag, and comment on the case data
- - Transfer their work back to the TEAM Manager for review and approval
- - Compilation of the TEAM results.
Class prerequisites:
This Intella training course is intended for users with intermediate computer skills. A basic understanding of the concepts of computer forensics, investigations and reporting on such incidents will ensure the best results.
- - You must have a functioning copy of Intella on a Windows XP or Windows 7 computer and all neccessary dongles prior to the course.
- - You will need two screens in the location you intend taking the course.
- - A functioning Internet connection.
- - Material to take notes such as pens and paper.
