1. Troubleshooting

In order to ensure fast and accurate resolution of issues related to Intella Connect, it is recommended to provide as much details related to the error as possible. Besides the description of the error and the actions performed when it occurred, some very valuable details can be provided by attaching the error information from JavaScript console into the support ticket.

The way to open the JavaScript console depends on the browser in which Intella Connect is running:

  • Chrome:
    • Press CTRL + SHIFT + J to open the “Console” tab of the Developer Tools.
  • Internet Explorer:
    • Press F12 to open the developer tools.
    • Click the “Console” tab.
  • Firefox:
    • Press CTRL + SHIFT + K to open the Web console.
  • Safari:
    • Press CTRL + ALT + I to open the Web Inspector.
    • Press ESC (or click on “Show console” in the bottom right corner) to slide the console up.
  • Opera:
    • Press CTRL + SHIFT + I to open Dragonfly.
    • Click on the “Console” tab.

In order for Intella Connect to work properly popup blocking should be disabled. You can find instructions on how to do this by visiting support site appropriate for your browser:

There are also known compatibility issues with regards to Chrome Ask Toolbar extension so it is advised to disable it.
