The 64-bit version of Intella Connect will use 2 GB of RAM by default. This can be increased further be editing the IntellaConnect.l4j.ini file located in c:\Program Files\Vound\Intella Connect 1.7\. Change the -Xmx2048M line in this file to a value that will work for your hardware.
For example: Given that a computer has 24 GB of RAM, setting it to -Xmx8g would let Intella Connect use 8 GB of RAM for Intella Connect Dashboard process and another 8GB of RAM for the first case that you share, leaving 8 GB for the system and other processes running on the computer.
In order to properly preview the Microsoft Office files (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets), the Microsoft Office has to be installed on the computer where Intella Connect application will be running.
